Website sells fake scarves and blames Shopify for refund delay
The return process has been a nightmare. They keep telling me there's an active chargeback going on so they can't give my money back. My return package has been sitting in Chinese customs for 34 days now and they can't tell me why. They just keep blaming Shopify for everything. I don't think this is a real business honestly. The whole thing feels off and they just drag things out forever.
