Charged 3 times for one tube of mascara I ordered

I ordered ONE tube of mascara online from Lash Cosmetics / Shop Innovations for $8.99. When I checked my account I saw I was charged 3 separate times, $41.95, $8.99 and $12.95 on 9/13/26. That's $63.89 total. I didn't catch the withdrawals until today 9/18.

I called the company at 888-250-7662, Call ID #GZ*****. The agent first offered me a 30% refund. When I refused she offered 50%. Now she's telling me I have to ship the product back on my dime to get a 100% refund. I haven't even received the product yet.
