Ordered hair from Lashey Hair and got nothing

I ordered hair from Lashey Hair and then got a message from the delivery company saying my order couldn't be delivered because of an incomplete or incorrect address. That seemed strange to me since I know I put my address in right.

I tried calling the customer service number on their website but it's no longer in service. I emailed them at [email protected] 5 times and never got a single response back. I also posted a review on their Instagram and it got deleted.

I'm out $145 for a product I never received. Now I have to contact my bank to dispute the payment.
