Yoga app charged my card without permission

I downloaded the Lasta fit app for the yoga thing, it was 9.95 and I used it maybe two times. Then three weeks later I look at my bank and there is a charge for $55 on my debit card that I never said ok to.

I didn't authorize that at all. I tried to figure out who to contact and found their email [email protected] but I'm not sure what good it will do. The website just shows an address in Raleigh, NC. I just want my money back because I didn't sign up for anything else.
