Fake job offer asked for social security card

My partner got a job offer from these people at Latrobe LLC. They kept giving him deadlines for different things during the hiring process. Then they said his background check was done, but after that they asked for his social security card. That is not allowed. It's a clear violation.

They have a phone number (901) 305-0610 and a website latrobellc.com. The address is 600 River Oaks Dr., Marion, AR 72364. No money was lost but this whole thing was strange.

I tried to attach the messages they sent but the website won't let me upload them. The files are tiny, just kilobytes, and it still won't work.
