Order confirmed then nobody would help me

I placed an online order and got a confirmation from [email protected] on 4/16/26. It was labeled order #7D836-RB82JEM and it said if I had any questions to contact [email protected]. Then they told me it was shipped with tracking # AMG138101896CM.

I reached out because I never received anything and there was no picture showing delivery. [email protected] told me please do not report it, that she was looking into it. After that I never heard back from anyone.

I'm out $107.70 and just want someone to actually respond.
