Phone call after Facebook ad wouldn't go through
Afterward I just felt weird about the whole thing so I froze my card. The website was getleaftide.com and their number was (602) 836-8569. I lost $60.
Ordered 3 items and got 12 with extra charges on my card
Today I got a package with 12 Leaftide items in it that I never ordered. The email address they gave me is fake. I tried to return it but there's nowhere to send this stuff back to. The address on the box says they're just a shipper, not the seller. It even says do not return to this address.
Ordered from Leaftide and now nobody answers
I have reached out to get a refund and also called the number I found on the website and no one answers back.
Their website is Leaftide.com and the email is [email protected]. The address listed is 19655 35th Dr Ste 100, Aurora, CO 80011. Nobody responds at all.
Order form said no but Leaftide charged me anyway
I tried to make it clear on the form what I didnt want. But it didnt matter. They charged my card anyway. The email I got was from [email protected] and the phone number on it was (323) 332-1969. I dont know if thats even them or a scammer.
I just want my money back for the items I didnt order. This doesnt make sense to me. I put it in writing on the form and they still ignored it.
