Paid for GLP1 and no doctor showed up

I paid $310 for GLP1 from leanmeds.com. They told me I had to wait two weeks to meet with a physician online. When the appointment time came, nobody showed up at all.

I tried to get my money back but their customer service policy says refunds have to be made within 28 days. So now I'm stuck waiting and not sure what to do.

Charged my card without finishing an order

I was looking around for cheaper pricing on my medication since I'm with another provider right now. I came across Lean Meds and started their inquiry process but the wording seemed off to me so I didn't complete the order.

Today I'm checking my credit card statement and there's a charge from them for $109. I never even added my card to their site. I haven't gotten any email from them or any product. Nothing. Just this random charge.
