Return confirmed received but still no refund from Lean Peak

I saw this product on Facebook with Oprah Winfrey, another woman and a doctor all saying how well it worked. They said you had 60 days to return it if you weren't satisfied. So I contacted Lean Peak and they gave me instructions on how to send it back. I sent it Certified Mail with tracking.

The post office confirmed it was delivered and Lean Peak even confirmed they received the return. But I still haven't gotten my refund. I've called so many times and each time they tell me someone will get back to me. Nobody ever does.

Emily Carter gave me 3 different phone numbers to call because she said she couldn't help me. Every time I call I get a different answer from someone. My credit card company won't do anything because they said I waited too long to contact them. I'm out $265.
