Signed up for meal plan but kept getting charged monthly

I bought what I thought was a one-time meal plan for $19 back in January 2026. There was nothing that made it clear I was signing up for some $59 a month subscription thing. I didn't agree to that and I sure didn't understand that was what was happening when I checked out.

Then I start seeing these $59 charges on my card for their meal-plan stuff. The materials aren't even worth that. I contacted them to cancel and stop the charges but never got a real response back. I also called my card company about it. Now their website doesn't even work anymore. I just want this to stop.
