Lash business took my money and never fixed anything

I paid $125 for a lash service that was never done right. I tried contacting the owner multiple times to get it corrected and never got a response back. I have proof of payment, my appointment info, and screenshots of every time I reached out trying to fix this.

I was scheduled more than once and never got seen. When I finally told her about the problem she blamed me right away and then just did nothing about it. That part really got to me.

I'm not the only one she's done this to either, I have proof of that too. Her website is legacylashes.as.me and the address is 2314 Lyell ave, Rochester NY. Her email is [email protected]. I just want this resolved.
