Veteran owned apparel site took my money for shirts

I ordered three shirts from this company, they claim to be veteran owned and sell patriotic stuff. They said the package was delivered to the wrong address a few miles from my house. I tried to get them to fix it but they kept saying it was delivered and I should go ask my neighbors myself and track the parcel through whatever delivery service they used.

After going back and forth with messages I finally found out the carrier and went to the address they gave me. Nobody answered. So I contacted the post office and they told me this is a scam and it happens all the time. They are getting me a document to send to my credit card company so I can try and get my money back. I lost $68.46 on this. Their website lists an address in Hong Kong.
