Repeated calls about a loan I never applied for

I keep getting these calls, and I’m on the Do Not Call list. It’s always a different number but the same message. Some guy named Leo from the “lending department” says we talked a couple months ago about a $42,000 loan. I never talked to him. I never applied for anything.

The message says I didn’t qualify before but now I do, and to call him back at 369-216-6437. It’s the same script every single time. I don’t know how they got my number but it’s getting ridiculous. I just want it to stop.
