Letter about unclaimed death policy with no proof

I got something from these people saying there's an unclaimed "payable on death" policy worth $11,550,300.00. They said the policy holder was their client who died 2 yrs ago. That's a huge amount of money and it just doesn't make sense that they'd contact me out of nowhere about it.

They gave me a phone number (548) 797-0090 and a website www.leronpartnersllp.com and an email [email protected]. There's also an address listed, 125 leeward glenway, Toronto. I never had any family member or anyone I know pass away with a policy like that.

I didn't lose any money but this whole thing feels strange. Why would a law firm in Toronto be reaching out to me about a dead client's policy. No proof of anything, just this big number dangled in front of me. I'm not falling for it.

Letter about insurance money from a dead man with my last name

I got a letter in the mail from these people saying I could claim insurance policy benefits from a deceased man just because we had a similar last name and the same nationality. They said if I partnered with their firm I could get the money.

All I had to do was give them 10% off the top and then we split the rest 50/50. The letter had their website leronpartnersllp.com and a phone number (548) 797-0090. The address on it was 125 Leeward Glenway in Toronto, Ontario. There was also an email [email protected].

None of this made any sense to me. I never heard of this man and I'm not related to him. I didn't send them anything.
