Text saying I won part of a lottery jackpot

I got a message saying I was a winner of the 44.3 million golden lantern California State lottery jackpot from August 19. The person claimed to be Jerry Heath and said he wanted to pay it forward by giving away 1000000 to 20 randomly selected people.

It said to contact his agent Leslie Farmer at 1 202 439 5413 and give a claimant code JH20 for confirmation and delivery. There was also a phone number (686) 203-8096 and an address in CA, USA.

I didn't lose any money but this whole thing made no sense to me. I never entered any lottery.
