Ordered shoes and got charged for a VIP membership I didn't want
Two weeks later they went ahead and placed another order for me and charged me $39.99 for that VIP membership. I never authorized that. There's no way to cancel it on their website either.
I sent them multiple emails and all I get back is "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." That's it. So now I'm contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge.
