Brace not as advertised and no refund unless I ship to China

I ordered a thumb brace from Lightinthebox.com and what showed up is not what was in the picture. The photo on their site and even on the package shows a totally different product than what I got in the mail. It's just not right.

I tried to get a refund and they are flat out refusing. They keep saying I ordered the wrong size, but I used their own size chart and measured exactly like they said. Now they tell me if I want my money back I have to send the thing back to China. That doesn't make any sense for a $24 item.

I contacted them at [email protected] and they won't budge. Just stuck with a product I can't even use.
