Phone call about extra fees after booking a flight
They also tried to get me to use a different airport than the one I originally booked. They wouldn't confirm my flight until I gave them more money and paid extra for baggage. They were very hard to understand with a heavy foreign accent, and that's when I realized this was a bait and switch.
I asked them to cancel my reservations and they told me it was non-refundable. I contacted my bank and locked my card. I don't understand how this company is still allowed to operate and keep scamming people. Never purchase anything from this company. Buyer beware.
