No refund after 60 day guarantee on Lipotrinee
On June 26 I called them at (720) 674-9287 and they told me to email [email protected]. I did that and got no response. Called again on July 2 and got the same runaround - email them again and nothing. Called on July 4 and the agent said to give them a few days to look into it, but they never got back to me.
Then on July 6 I got an email from [email protected] offering me 35% back of what I spent. I agreed to that because I figured something was better than nothing. It's been over a month now and I emailed them again on August 6 asking where my refund is. Still nothing. I'm out $216 and they just ignore me.
