Job offer turned out to be free labor for Litegic

I got contacted about a job from Litegic LLC and did a phone interview. They offered me the position of local hub associate and sent over a contract through email which I still have. The deal was I would be an independent contractor for a 30 day probation period and get $3,350 plus a $100 voucher for gas and supplies and a 1099. My job was to receive packages and ship them out to customers.

After the 30 days they said a check would be mailed to me and they would look at my probation to see about full time employment. I have every email they sent, the signed contract, the CRM system I used for deliveries, and all my receipts for the work I did. I can forward all of it to anyone who wants to see it.

I never got paid. They just took advantage of someone trying to find work and used me for free labor. The address they had was 3255 Wilshire Blvd #1135 in Los Angeles and their email was [email protected]. This is really terrible.
