Phone call about a legal notice I never got

I got this call saying it was an urgent and final notification from something called LMS. They said they were subcontracted by the county. The message was for me and had a reference number 103-6444. They wanted to verify someone could sign for a formal complaint notice.

They said services were scheduled for tomorrow between 9 and 3. If I needed to reschedule or update my address, they told me to call 877-805-1808 right away. The message said failure to comply would mean a failed attempt to serve. Then they said it wouldn't stop legal action and they would proceed without me.

It just didn't make sense. I never got any paperwork or heads up about any of this. I don't know what legal action they're talking about. They kept saying to call the firm at 877-805-1808 with my file number. It felt strange, like they were trying to pressure me into calling back. I didn't call them.
