Call saying I owed a bank money from years ago

Someone called my mother's cell phone saying I owed a bank money from years ago. They said they would settle it if I paid electronically right away. If I didn't, they said they would pursue it further and I would have to pay legal fees and court costs, and they could seize assets to collect the money.

The number was (469) 259-9141 and the email was [email protected]. They had my address and my SSN, which was strange. I don't know how they got all that. They said they were in TX.
