Moving company charged extra $1020 for travel time
They charged me an additional $1020 on top of the agreed total for travel time. They did not tell us they were booking movers from three hours away, which is 6 hours of travel total. We live far from a big city. If we had known we definitely would not have used their service.
They said nothing about the additional travel expense. They tacked that amount on at the very end and the movers would not unload our belongings until we paid the full amount.
