Letter about documents with no real department name
The letter tells me to call 888-965-6395 and press one to talk to a live agent. It says my immediate attention is required and that if I don’t respond, they’ll hand deliver documents to my home or even my job. That part really got me nervous, like they’re threatening me or something.
There’s no company name on it, just this weird department title and a Texas address. I didn’t pay anything, but I’m just confused why they’re coming after me. I don’t owe anything that I know of, and this whole thing doesn’t sit right with me.
