Calls from Sally Adams saying a case is moving forward

I keep getting calls from this unknown number and the lady says her name is Sally Adams from Location Services. She uses my full name and says she has been trying to get ahold of me. Then she says if I don’t contact the company, the case will be moving forward and I will be located at my place of employment on file.

She gave me a number to call, 833-291-6500, and a case number 200-9564. I looked into it and neither of those come back to me at all. I have no idea what this is about. It feels really strange and I don’t know why they keep calling.
