Threatening voicemail about a case I never heard of
He kept saying they have the legal right to deliver docs to my home, work, or even my human resources department. That part really freaked me out. He said if I didn't call back by the end of the day, he'd assume I'm ignoring it and pass it to a field rep. Then he just said "good luck" and hung up.
I never got any paperwork or anything in the mail about this. I don't know what complaint they're talking about. The whole thing felt off. The number he called from was (614) 915-0599, and I looked it up, it's a Columbus area code. I didn't lose any money, but it's scary to get a call like that out of nowhere.
