Door handle not fixed but still charged full price
He charged me $350 for the service call and labor, then $900 for an apartment lockout and lock repair. On top of that there was a $50.20 card processing fee. The total came to $1412.70 with tax. But the problem was not solved at all. The door handle was still jammed after he left. He charged me for repairs that he didn't even do.
The invoice shows their address as NJ and a fax number of (877) 681-5311. I feel like this person is a scammer. I paid all that money and my door is still broken.
