Website said I needed delivery insurance but insurance company never heard of them

I ordered from trylodo.com and everything seemed fine at first. Then they told me I needed to pay for delivery insurance before my package would ship. So I paid for it.

But the package never showed up. When I tried to file a claim with the insurance company, they told me they don't work with Lodo at all. So the insurance was basically useless.

I tried reaching out to [email protected] about this and got nowhere. Just want to warn others about this website.
