Ordered pants from website and tracking never worked

I ordered a pack of 8 capri pants from this website on July 8, 2026. They gave me a tracking number but it never worked when I tried to look it up. I sent them 6 messages asking about it and every time they just said be patient, that the order was shipped.

Finally on 7-27 the tracking said delivered but I never got anything. I called the post office and they told me if they had a package for me it would have been left at my door. As of today 7/29 still nothing. I lost like 36 dollars on this. I'm calling my credit card company now to file fraud charges because this is ridiculous.
