Website picture looked nothing like the costume I got

I ordered a costume from shop.lolliandlace.com and paid $55. When it showed up it looked completely different from the picture and description on the website. Nothing like what I thought I was buying.

I tried to return it and it's impossible. Customer service doesn't respond at all. Total scam.
