Call about life insurance lapse asking for my SSN

I got a call about a lapse in my life insurance coverage. The woman said she received my information to help prevent a lapse in coverage. She started confirming my info, asking my height and weight, if I was a non-tobacco user, confirming my address and SSN. When I said I didn't feel comfortable sharing that over the phone, she sent a text to "verify." It said Agent: London Gibson, ID #2634024, my name, your Benefits coordinator has emailed you application instructions. I didn't get any email. But unfortunately I already shared my SSN.

Then she was confirming beneficiary information and needed an account number to make sure the funds would be sent to the correct account. I foolishly gave that too. Then I got transferred to another person who was "compliance" or something like that. She was confirming the info I already gave and then asked for the code that was sent to my phone. At that point I hung up and went straight to my bank.
