Letter saying my home is secured by Longbridge but no sender name

I got a letter about my home saying it's "Secured by LONGBRIDGE FIN'L LLC" and it says I don't have a home warranty that Longbridge requires. There's no company name on it as to who actually sent it, just a phone number to call for continued protection. It has a property code for reference but nothing else, no name, no address.

I do have a reverse mortgage with Longbridge and I have proper insurance already. So this letter doesn't make sense to me.

I think I might have paid a home insurance last year to this fake company. The number on the letter is 866-688-7876. It feels threatening and there's no real info on who sent it.
