I have spoken someone by email off and on when they feel like answering and the last time was last Wed.
They say they answer ever email, they don't, I'm not asking for anything more than I paid for.
I don't appreciate the run around, my mom just died and these lights were to be set where her urn is going to be.
I checked the transport they use to ship things and it marks mine as delivered July 15, they weren't, we have videos outside and I have been home everyday all day with my mother dying doing everything that that needed done.

I never got anything in the mail. No tracking number, no updates. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back.
The money is just gone. I don't know what else to do about it.
