Instagram ad led to unauthorized recurring charges

I saw an ad on Instagram about donating to a surgery for Love and Paws. It seemed legit so I went to the website and made a donation. Everything was fine until about two weeks later when I see a charge for 29.99 from the same site. I didn't sign up for that. I didn't authorize anything recurring.

Then a week after that, I get another charge for 29.99. That's when I started doing some digging on my own. I found out the real owner of Love and Paws has made statements that people have been contacting them about this same scam. So this website is just using their name. I'm out the 25 dollars I donated plus the two 29.99 charges. It just doesn't feel right.
