Still waiting on my jelly-cat plush from lovedline.com
Customer support won't do anything but tell me it's on its way. They also refused a dispute refund with my bank. The phone number doesn't work either. The tracking site sometimes worked on a computer but was mostly in another language. Last time I checked it said my package was lost and couldn't be returned to sender so it was being held at a USPS facility. But I don't have a USPS tracking number so I can't do anything with that.
I also paid extra for shipping protection.
