$39.99 charge from a company I never heard of
I called my bank and got the phone number, turns out it was this company. They told me I signed up for a VIP membership. Maybe I did, but I NEVER got an email about the terms of this VIP membership. No confirmation, no communication at all. I searched my emails and found nothing. They offered me a 30% refund and I talked them into 50%. Next day I realized I was charged twice. I called back and they refused to refund me. They canceled the membership but I won't get my full refund.
