Ordered Cheyla Raffia Heels and got a completely different shoe
I contacted the merchant and asked for a full refund since what I got doesn't match what was sold to me. They said no and only offered 25% back. That doesn't work for me because I didn't get the product I paid for.
I still have screenshots of the advertised heels, photos of what arrived, my order confirmation, and the emails with them. I just want my $84.96 refunded.
