Terrible experience

I ordered two dresses, they sent me one and it wasn't even the right dress. I lost money on this transaction. They were refusing to give me the full refund even though none of it was my fault. After many emails, I was able to come to an agreement to get most of my money back...which they agreed to, but it has been over the 3-10 business days which I was told to expect the refund and I still do not have my refund. I would NOT shop this website, I have never had a worse experience.

Ordered 3 dresses and only got 2 with no refund

I ordered 3 dresses from LucyinLaces.com. The purchase was linked to the Shop app so I figured it was safe. The only way to contact them is through email though.

My card got charged right away but I never got an email confirmation for the purchase. They sent 2 of the dresses but the third one never came. I've sent multiple emails back and forth trying to get a refund for the dress they didn't send and trying to return the other items.

It's been a total run around. They won't give me a return address or a full refund. Do not purchase from this site.

Ordered two dresses and got one wrong dress

I ordered 2 of the same dress in 2 different sizes for my daughter for a dance. We got one completely different dress than what we ordered. I emailed them about it. First they offered a 30% refund. I said no way. Then they offered 60% refund and to keep the dress, or return it to China and get 100% refund. I don't trust that they would actually say they received it back, so I chose the 60% refund. So I spent $110.40 for one ugly dress she never even chose. I'm supposedly getting back $66.
