Ordered from what looked like the official site and got blocked

I ordered an item from luigiofficial.com because I thought it was the official website. I paid $120 and never got the product. When I filed a complaint with them about it, they just blocked me. I tried emailing [email protected] but nothing came of it. Just want my money back or the item I paid for.
