Dress from Lululabel was not what my daughter ordered

My daughter ordered a dress from Lululabel.com and the dress they shipped was not the dress she ordered. When I contacted the company they offered for me to keep the dress and they would give me a 20% refund. When I told them that was unacceptable they then kept increasing the refund, but never offered a full refund and said I had to ship the dress to China at my own expense if I wanted at least a 75% refund.

Their website says you qualify for a refund and are not responsible for shipping costs if you received the wrong item. I am currently disputing the charge with my credit card.
