Makeup site promised free returns then told me to ship to China

I bought makeup from luminancemilano.com. It's for mature women, they say it brightens under your eyes and makes you look younger. They promise 30 days to fall in love or your money back, and they say they'll take care of the return at no cost. No questions.

So when I contacted them to return it, they told me I had to mail the makeup back to China at my own cost to get a refund. They wouldn't let me mail it to their address in FL and wouldn't send me a return label. Then they offered me 30% refund if I didn't want to return it. Then 60%. Then 70%. But to get the full 100% I have to mail it to China.

I paid $61.26 for this. I suspect they're not operating in the US legally or paying taxes.
