Website promised free returns but now says ship to China

I ordered from luminancemilano.com and their website says free returns within 30 days, no complications. Also says 30 days to fall in love or your money back. So I emailed them to start a return and now they are telling me I have to pay for return shipping to China. They said once they get the goods back in China I will get a full refund.

I have not sent anything back to China yet because that is not a free return. I already spent $96.35 and I am hesitant to spend more money on shipping and not be sure I will actually get my money back for the products. The address on their site is in Naples, FL but they want me to ship to China. Doesn't make sense to me.
