Lumiquor kept taking money but never sent my order

I ordered from Lumiquor and they kept deducting money from my debit account but the product never showed up. Nothing was ever delivered.

I was supposed to get buy one get one free but they told me it only applied to the first order. My shipping invoice clearly says buy 1 get 1 every 30 days. I just keep getting excuse after excuse from them.

I am missing 7 boxes of product that I already paid for. That's $240 gone and I still don't have what I ordered.

Ordered turkey tail and got put on monthly without knowing

Ordered a dog product, turkey tail. Ordered 3 to save and was automatically put on monthly! Did not know this. Asked for a full refund since the product is not working and the customer service is rude. They want to bargain with me! The ad said 90 day money back guarantee. These people are scammers. Their email is [email protected] and the website was through tiktok. I lost 104 dollars.
