Ordered a dog bed from Luna's Place and it never showed up

I ordered a dog orthopedic bed from a place called Luna's Place. Their shipping policy said it would arrive in 3 to 5 business days. It's been 2 weeks now and there's no update on the shipment. There's also no phone number to call, which is frustrating.

The weird part is I paid with my credit card and their statement said it would show up as "VH PRODUCTS" or "G Styles LLC." Instead the charge for $229 came through as Voirhomme.com. That doesn't match what they told me at all.

I just want my money back or the bed I ordered.
