Ordered trading cards from lunavore.com and nothing came

I ordered some trading cards from Lunavore because their website had everything listed at really low prices. Seemed too good to be true I guess. After I placed the order they sent me an invoice right away and my order status showed as being processed. The site said handling time is 2-4 business days and could take up to 6 because of summer peak season.

I waited a full week and heard nothing. No shipping info, no updates. I tried calling the number on their site, (432) 888-7949, and it's disconnected. Emailed [email protected] and got no reply. The chat feature on their website doesn't even work. I called a few more times over the next days and still nothing.

But they're still posting on Facebook and Instagram like everything is fine. I'm out $194.97 and have nothing to show for it. Their address is listed as 3095 S Westcliff Rd in Odessa, TX but I doubt that's even real.

Tracking number went to wrong address and no one answers

I ordered something from Lunavore and the delivery took forever. When they finally gave me a tracking number, it showed the package was delivered somewhere else. I couldn't even tell what the right address was supposed to be. I think they might have given me an order number that belonged to someone else.

I called them a bunch of times and the phone just rang and then said it was disconnected. I also sent at least twelve emails to [email protected] and never heard back once. Their website is lunavore.com. I'm out $454.94 and have no product.
