Hearing aids from Lunova and a return policy that means nothing

I bought Lunova hearing aids because they said there was a 45 day return policy. I contacted them well within those 45 days to ask for a refund. That started a long chain of emails where I kept asking for my money back and they kept ignoring it and instead offered ways to adjust the hearing aids so I would be satisfied. The product is inferior and I kept telling them I just wanted a refund.

Finally Lunova sent an email saying that after reviewing my request, unfortunately the applicable refund period had expired. Then they wished me a nice day. That was it. $250 gone.

Their product is inferior and the return policy is a joke. A total scam.
