Ordered clothes from Facebook ad and never got anything

I saw this video on Facebook and they were selling clothes so I clicked the link and placed an order. I even got an email from them about verifying my account for security. They took the money out of my Venmo card, like 33 bucks and some change.

I never got a tracking number or any kind of update. So I tried to email them at [email protected] to ask what was going on and the email just bounced right back. There's no phone number to call either. I looked them up on Google after that and it looks like a bunch of other people had the same problem. It's a known scam company.
