Letter from a PO Box claiming I owe money I don’t recognize

Got a letter from a PO Box in Oklahoma City, 73123. No real company name on it that I trust. They say they’re linked to something called LVNV or Resurgence and that they’re debt collectors.

I don’t owe any money like that. They didn’t send any proof. Just a letter with a PO Box and a scary claim. No phone number I could call that felt real.

I’m not sending anything. I don’t even know what this is about.
