Call saying they were a court trying to deliver a complaint

Someone called my family saying they were a court and trying to deliver a complaint notice to my address. They gave me a number and a case number.

I called the number and it says "LW DEPT." I asked who they are and why they represent themselves as a mail service. They told me "its a free county."

The number they gave was (567) 267-2566.
