Signed me up for a subscription I never agreed to
Instead of just canceling it, they kept emailing me back with offers to stay. I asked them multiple times to cancel and they just wouldn't do it. I finally had to contact my bank to put a stop payment on any future charges. Their customer support just doesn't honor what you ask them to do. They sign people up for charges without consent. I think that's a fraudulent way to do business. I have the first email I sent them and can share more of their responses if needed.
